‘The Munsters’: Rob Zombie Shares Wholesome New Image From Set With ‘Dr. Who’ Actor

Sounds like Rob Zombie’s forthcoming adaptation of The Munsters is finally starting to wrap up shooting. Today the director took to Instagram to share a very adorable behind-the-scenes image with cast member Sylvester McCoy who plays Igor in the new vision of Munster madness. The pair look like they’ve survived a long night of shooting. Since Zombie has been in Europe developing the film since last year, it seems safe to assume a trailer could be dropping our way some day soon.

Sylvester McCoy is best known for portraying the seventh incarnation of Doctor Who on the long running BBC science fiction epic. “I know you are going to love him as IGOR,” Zombie shared via his Instagram status. “He a perfect addition to our crazy new world of Gods and Munsters.”
