So, This 3-Year-Old Girl Had a NUN Themed Birthday Party and the Pictures are Everything!

As soon as she made her presence known in The Conjuring 2, the demon nun Valak (played by Bonnie Aarons) was an icon. The religious attire juxtaposed against unholy skin and eyes was immediately unnerving and almost impossible to forget. Now, following her dedicated spinoff (Corin Hardy’s The Nun) Valak is one of the most recognizable faces in 21st Century horror.
Even though The Conjuring 2 and The Nun are rated R, Valak seems to have made an impact on the next generation of horror fans–or maybe even the one after that! I’m talking about 3-year-old Lucía whose mom, Laura E. Brown, threw her daughter a Nun themed birthday party. No, really!
“When your daughter turns 3-years-old, and her favorite character is la monja. Anything to see her happy!!!” she told her Facebook followers when she posted the pictures from the event. Check them out!
