The Scourge From Vancouver

A Vancouver film company called PHD Productions dropped us a line today informing us that their first ever film, Scourge, is almost ready to be released to the public. You know a filmmakers have balls when their first flick is a creature feature and it look badass ("Exclusive Pics From Scourge!" - October 2007)!

So what is this new entry into the horror genre about? "Scourge ... is a taut and terrifying creature feature. Written and Directed by Jonas Quastel, and produced by Andrew Bronstein, Scourge tells the story of an ancient pestilence which has been set free in a small town after being entombed for a century and a half. As mutilated bodies rapidly pile up, nothing stands between the spawning scourge and the rest of the town except our young heroes, Scott and Jesse, who rediscover their love for each other in the process."
