Steamy Sorority Row Clip

A revealing little clip from Stewart Hendler's Sorority Row surfaced online today, and it shows off one of the film's kills and even a couple of Theta's pies.

Even More New Stills From The Wolfman

Man, you don't hear anything for a scarily long time, and then BOOM! Wolfman-a-mania! Not that we're complaining of course; in fact we couldn't be happier! To go along with yesterday's Wolfman stills and today's Wolfman trailer, we've gotten another batch of stills for you to howl over!

Wolfman Trailer Debuts Online!

As promised, the trailer for Universal's The Wolfman redux launched today, and we've got it for you in all its hairy goodness!

Wolfman Trailer Tomorrow / Wolfman Stills Today

Universal Pictures announced today that the worldwide debut of The Wolfman trailer will take place online tomorrow, Thursday, August 20th, 2009! Tune in to Yahoo! Movies and AccessHollywood.com tomorrow, and be the first to check out the highly anticipated trailer debut!

*Update* Exclusive: Two Mother's Day Casting Updates

Two more lovely vixens (or are they would-be victims?) have signed on to Darren Lynn Bousman's upcoming redux of Charles Kaufman's 1980 cult classic Mother's Day, one of which should come as no surprise given her previous working relationship with the director. Yes, Alexa (Repo!) Vega is joining the production, as is Sorority Row's Briana Evigan.

Kill the Chicks on Sorority Row

We've watched the trailers, seen the posters and stills, and even listened to their confessionals, but now? Now it's time to kill some chicks!

Moritz Bleibtreu Set to Play Mephisto in Faust Remake

The name Moritz Bleibtreu might not roll off your tongue, but no doubt you've seen his work in such widely divergent films as Run Lola Run, Munich, and (my personal favorite) Das Experiment. Interestingly, as Das Experiment undergoes an American remake, Bleibtreu is about to embark on a redux of his own: The classic German legend Faust with director Oskar Roehler at the helm.

Woods and Purcell Join Straw Dogs Remake

Lord knows we don’t need another version of Straw Dogs; we just don’t. In fact, if there’s a common thread among all remakes these days (yes, even the good ones), it’s that they’re pointless. I’m sure director Rod Lurie (The Last Castle) will put together a competent enough film, but really: Why?

Predators Officially Rolling in September

Finally the franchise featuring horror's favorite hunters is getting itself back on track and leaving the poorly written and lit world they have come to know all too well.

Last House on the Left, The (Blu-ray / DVD)

Will Hollywood Do Right by Godzilla This Time?

This could be major news or it could be no news at all. Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that Legendary Pictures, the production company responsible in part for The Dark Knight and the upcoming remake of Clash of the Titans, may be looking to bring Godzilla back to the big screen and hopefully get it right this time.

Poltergeist Remake Hits Fast Track

Word has broken from MGM about their proposed remake of the classic film Poltergeist. The studio has slated the film for release on November 24, 2010, just in time for Thanksgiving weekend. Vadim Perelman (House of Sand and Fog) is attached to direct.

The Wolfman on the Prowl in New Stills

Yep. Color us, just like you, disappointed that Universal's The Wolfman has been pushed to February 12, 2010. Fans have been hungry for this flick for the better part of two years now. Good thing we at least have some new stills to chew on!

Hot New Sorority Row One-Sheet

A new one-sheet has been released today for Stewart Hendler's blissfully R-rated remake, Sorority Row, that captures all the fire of the film's host of smokin' hot chicks who will hopefully all die in really -- really -- nasty ways. Will it be as brutal as we hope? We'll see when the film hits theatres on September 11th.

Exclusive Boggy Creek Remake Casting News

A few days ago Foy clued us in to the proposed remake of 1972's The Legend of Boggy Creek. At that time no details were available, but today a source close to the production dropped us a line with the names of not only the director but also several key cast members.
