The fine folks over at Magnet have released the final red band trailer for Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza's disturbing sequel done right, [REC] 2, and we have every ass-whipping second of it for ya!
The fourth clip from Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza's [REC] 2 has found its way online, and it may just be the most disturbing glimpse into the madness of this movie yet!
Something really late out of Cannes. At the big show there was some very early teaser art for both [REC] Genesis and [REC] Apocalypse, and through the wonder of the snipping tool, we have a quick look at both of them for you.
And the insanity keeps pouring in! Yet another new clip from Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza's sequel to [REC] has found its way online to get you all geared up for [REC] 2's VOD premiere TOMORROW and we, of course, have it for you here!
For a while now we've been describing Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza's sequel to [REC] simply as what you would get if Doom met The Exorcist. Ready for an exclusive head shattering bit of clipage that totally proves our point? Yeah, we thought you would be!
One of our favorite scenes from Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza's slice of cinema badassery known as [REC] 2 has found its way online as a clip, and if you were wondering just how nuts this movie is, this short sliver of mayhem will give you a pretty good indication of the lunacy to come.
Finally the official red band US trailer for the slice of cinema badassery known as [REC] 2 has made its debut, and we've got every single maniacal second of it for you!
Nope, there was no PG-13 fare included in the MPAA's latest round of ratings. Oh happy day! Altitude, [REC] 2, and The Killer Inside Me all scored an R. Ready to know what for? That is, after all, half the fun!
Believe it or not, we’re only a few days away from the UK theatrical release of Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza’s phenomenal [REC] 2! To get you in the mood, E1 Entertainment has created the rather humorous "Get [REC]’d Zombie Tool" so you can transform yourself into one of the legion of the possessed!
For our readers living in the Midwest, take note of this Friday's Terror in the Aisles horror festival. Not only is it your chance to dig on REC 2, but there's lots more in store for you - and, yes, we're giving away tickets. Oh yeah!
Now that [REC] 2 will be available on VOD June 4th and in theaters July 9th, Magnet Releasing, the genre arm of Magnolia Pictures, has provided a look at the film's new poster.
With the original [REC] filmmakers Paco Plaza and Jaume Balagueró delivered a truly insane experience that was of course neutered and changed into a flick called Quarantine here in the States. [REC] 2 expanded on the first one's demonic storyline (really, screw rabies) and delivered a movie that is akin to mixing Doom 3 with The Exorcist. Both flicks were badass, and now word has come that the duo are bringing us two more flicks in the franchise via Filmax called [REC] Genesis and [REC] Apocalypse!
Finally got to see [REC] 2 (review here) recently, and for now all I'm saying is that this flick friggin' rocks! It's like Doom 3 meets The Exorcist! In any event a new UK trailer has reared its head with some insane new footage. Dig it!
Now this is how we like to kick off our weekend! With some rock solid assurance that a flick we're dying to see will indeed by playing in theatres! There's nothing finer, we tell ya!
Could it be?!? Could it really be?!? Those of us in the United States had to wait what felt like forever for the home video release of [REC], and for a while it seemed as if we'd be doing the same for its sequel [REC] 2 (review here). However, some news slipped out today that tells a very different story.
