The #1 Thriller On Prime Video Is A Clint Eastwood Film Fans Say Is His “Finest directorial outing”

A 2014 war thriller just broke into the top 10 charts on Prime Video. This intense drama stars Bradley Cooper and was directed by Clint Eastwood. The movie quite a few people seem to be hitting play on this week is American Sniper.

“U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle (Bradley Cooper) takes his sole mission — protect his comrades — to heart and becomes one of the most lethal snipers in American history. His pinpoint accuracy not only saves countless lives but also makes him a prime target of insurgents. Despite grave danger and his struggle to be a good husband and father to his family back in the States, Kyle serves four tours of duty in Iraq. However, when he finally returns home, he finds that he cannot leave the war behind.“

Bradley Cooper gained 40 pounds of muscle to play Navy SEAL Chris Kyle in the film American Sniper. “It wasn’t at all like a costume,” he said. “It was like … this sort of transformative experience to me because there was no going home from it.”

American Sniper was directed by Clint Eastwood. The script was written by Jason Hall. It was adapted from a book of the same name written by Chris Kyle, Scott McEwen, and Jim DeFelice. It stars Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, Kyle Gallner, and Leonard Roberts.

Many Prime Video subscribers seem to enjoy Clint Eastwood’s work on this adaptation. It has plenty of fans feeling very patriotic.
