Additional Annabelle the Doll Details Surface

Additional Annabelle the Doll Details SurfaceNews broke yesterday of a new movie on its way featuring the very haunted Annabelle doll, which was spotlighted in James Wan's runaway supernatural hit The Conjuring, and today we have a quick update to the story.

Our friends over at Paranormal Pop Culture are reporting that a script already exists that was written with Lorraine Warren’s blessing and is now in rewrites.

The Conjuring’s director of photography, John R. Leonetti, is stepping behind the camera to direct. Sources say the movie will begin filming in the spring of 2014.

Not that anyone gives a frog's fat ass, but since I just watched The Conjuring for a 2nd time tonight on Blu Ray, I thought I'd let it be known I'm officially upgrading my original review from 4.5/5 to a perfect 5/5. The Conjuring is a modern day masterpiece of horror. That my friends is how a horror movie should be done.

I watched this for the first time last night...in the dark...and was blown away on how good it was. We've all seen our fair share of haunted house movies but what Wan and Co. did with THE CONJURING was nothing short of amazing and the topper? That it was based on actual events!

The real story of Annabelle is creepy as fuck and will make for a great film. Hell, the prologue really captured how scary that doll is.
