Synopsis
Mary is a police officer who battles with extreme PMS. She gets caught on camera by a news helicopter beating a clown rapist, and her sergeant sends her for treatment. Mary then finds herself involved in a drug trial gone wrong. Her side effects are extreme and deadly. The pharmaceutical company wants a cover up, but Mary has other ideas as PMS COP.
