Killer Is Dead Reveals First English Trailer
SUDA51 and Grasshopper Manufacture have revealed the first English voiceover trailer forKiller Is Dead, which is expected to release this coming summer. In this new video players will become acquainted with the game's executioner and his task of getting rid of criminals and assassins around the world.

XSEED Games, an independent-minded publisher, is pleased to announce the release of the first English voiceover trailer for KILLER IS DEAD, the upcoming action title from renowned game creator Goichi Suda (aka SUDA51) and his GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE studio, as well as the launch of the official North American Facebook page. Fans are invited to join the newly launched Facebook page and to post a question for SUDA51, with the best questions to be forwarded and answered by SUDA51 himself. Developed jointly by KADOKAWA GAMES and GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE, KILLER IS DEAD is an artistically striking action game that is set in a contemporary world where biomechanical augmentations are increasingly common.
In this all-new trailer, fans are introduced to the game’s protagonist, Mondo Zappa, an “executioner” whose task it is to dispose of dangerous criminals and assassins from around the world. Working for an agency called the “Bryan Execution Firm,” headed by a mysterious information trafficker known as Bryan, Zappa relies on dishing out his own brand of justice with the aid a traditional Japanese sword and an artificial left arm which houses interchangeable weapons.
Completely unique, cel-shaded visuals, outstanding stylish action and Hollywood style come together to form a unique presentation in this first English voiceover trailer for KILLER IS DEAD.
Developed jointly by KADOKAWA GAMES and GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE, KILLER IS DEAD will be released in North America by XSEED Games in summer 2013. Deep Silver, the games label of Koch Media, will bring the title to the countries of Europe and Oceania. XSEED Games will reveal more information for KILLER IS DEAD in the coming months.
