Fox Searchlight Makes a Date with Stoker

Finally a release date has been set for Park Chan-wook’s English language debut, Stoker! Fox Searchlight has confirmed that the flick will be released on March 1st, 2013, barring any Apocalypses as foretold by the Mayans this December that is.

Wentworth Miller (who also penned the vampire tale as Ted Foulke), Mia Wasikowska, Colin Firth, Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode, Jacki Weaver, Lucas Till, Dermot Mulroney, Phyllis Somerville, and Alden Ehrenreich star.

Synopsis
After India’s (Wasikowska’s) father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie (Goode), who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother (Kidman). Soon after his arrival, she comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives, but instead of feeling outrage or horror, this friendless girl becomes increasingly infatuated with him.
