Fantasia 2012: New Images Torn Straight from the Doomsday Book
More images are coming out of this year's Fantasia International Film Festival. Up next for you cats are another couple of glimpses inside the new horror anthology from Korea, entitled Doomsday Book. The festival begins July 19 and will run all the way through August 7.
For the film Korean directors Kim Jee-woon (I Saw the Devil, A Tale of Two Sisters) and Yim Pil-sung (Hansel & Gretel) collaborate on three tales that (as you'll see from the trailers below) are packing quite a punch. Look for more on this one really soon!
Synopsis
Two acclaimed Korean directors unfurl three unique stories of human self-destruction in the modern high-tech era. In hopes of restoring humane compassion in the insusceptible modern age, the film displays an alternative form of genuine humanity.
