New York Comic Con 2013: A Good Look at the Better RoboCop SuitBefore Michael Keaton’s character foolishly requested that the RoboCop suit be turned black, there was actually a pretty damned good costume for our hero to wear, and now you can get a good look at it.

Dig on the images below from Figures.com and tell us which armor you prefer, and don’t say “neither, the original was best” because that ship has long since sailed.

Jose Padilha’s film stars Joel Kinnaman as the title hero plus Samuel L. Jackson, Gary Oldman, Jay Baruchel, Michael Keaton, Michael Kenneth Williams, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Abbie Cornish, Aimee Garcia, and Jackie Earle Haley.

The IMAX release of RoboCop will be digitally re-mastered into the image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience with proprietary IMAX DMR (Digital Media Remastering) technology. The crystal-clear images, coupled with IMAX’s customized theatre geometry and powerful digital audio, create a unique environment that will make audiences feel as if they are in the movie.

The silver one, but only because it looks more like the old one, which was best! =P

They should have made an orange and blue one to save the movie poster guys time and effort.

As much as I despise the whole idea, I have to admit the sliver suit is pretty badass. It looks more…oh I don’t know…ROBOTIC?! The other one looks like a costume from the Mass Effect games.
