During IGN’s interview, Minear basically said a whole mouthful of nothing but did mention that the Salem Witch Trials would be referenced in some capacity and that in terms of series tone… “It’s dark. It’s super dark. I mean, parts of it are super dark, and parts of it are winsome and whimsical.” If you’re curious, hit the link below for the whole enchilada.
Look for the series premiere on October 9th.
The full cast includes Frances Conroy, Taissa Farmiga, Jessica Lange, Alexandra Breckenridge, Kathy Bates, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Jamie Brewer, Evan Peters, Gabourey Sidibe, Angela Bassett, Patti Lupone, Christine Ebersole, Alexander Dreymon, Leslie Jordan, and Denis O’Hare.
