On February 5th the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (the organization that gives out Emmys) hosted a group panel with the cast and crew of “The Walking Dead” in North Hollywood, and we were there!
Hosted by Chris Hardwick, the panel was run like a super-sized episode of his popular “Talking Dead” talk show but with a live audience.
On hand to represent “The Walking Dead” were executive producer Gale Anne Hurd, creator/executive producer Robert Kirkman, and co-executive producer/special EFX makeup artist Greg Nicotero with cast members Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Laurie Holden, Lauren Cohan, Steven Yeun, Danai Gurira, and David Morrissey. The group discussed many topics related to their characters as well as sharing some spoiler-free tidbits of what’s coming up in the second half of Season Three.
The TV Academy is providing a recording of the event, which we’ll insert below once it’s available. But if you don’t want to wait, you can just wade through our exclusive picture gallery, wherein everyone looks like they had fun.
