Two Clips from The Bay to Get Your Skin Crawling

Post Thumb:

Having recently seen The Bay (review), I can assure you of one thing… the film is brilliant and absolutely terrifying! Seriously, I’m still kind of reeling from the flick. Best found footage movie in years!

Two clips recently surfaced, one from IGN and the other from Bloody Disgusting. You can check them out below along with our own clip.

Starring Will Rogers, Stephen Kunken, Kether Donohue, Frank Deal, and Kristen Connolly, The Bay was directed by Barry Levinson.

Look for it in theaters and available on VOD November 2, 2012, from Roadside Attractions

The quaint seaside town of Chesapeake Bay thrives on water; it is the lifeblood of the community. When two biological researchers from France find a staggering level of toxicity in the water, they attempt to alert the mayor, but he refuses to create a panic in the docile town. As a result, a deadly plague is unleashed, turning the people of Chesapeake Bay into hosts for a mutant breed of parasites that take control of their minds, and eventually their bodies. A brutal and harrowing creature feature for the 21st century, THE BAY chronicles the descent of a small town into absolute terror.

I agree with Creepy 100%. This weekend we saw Sinister, Argo, and The Bay – and the only one that really stuck with me was The Bay. Just goes to show that the found footage sub-genre still has quite a bit of life left in it amazingly enough!
