TERRIFIER 2 Writer/Director Releases Statement + New Picture of Art the Clown!
Has Terrifier 2 finished filming yet? Is there a release date? Can they possibly top the infamous hacksaw scene from Part 1?
You have questions, and Terrifier 2 writer/director Damien Leone has answers. Like a Christmas gift with a bloody bow on top, the filmmaker gave his Facebook followers an extensive status check on the flick, which he promises will exceed all of our wildest expectations! Best of all, he included a new picture of Art the Clown (played by David Howard Thornton. Check it out at the bottom of the article.
Synopsis:
After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he must hunt down and destroy a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night.
Terrifier 2 is written and directed by Damien Leone; the film stars Felissa Rose, David Howard Thornton, Casey Hartnett, and Lauren LaVera.

I am pleased to announce that we are now officially editing Terrifier 2. I don’t like to say we have ‘officially wrapped’ because there will be an inevitable 1 or 2 days of pick-up shots and inserts needed once we have a rough cut of the film assembled but the hard work is done and we essentially have the entire film in the can (or on the drives).

The really good news is that I truly believe we rivaled the infamous hacksaw scene in Terrifier 1!
