The Gemini Killer Heads to the Theatre in Legion

I really wish I lived in Chicago as a result of this story. The WildClaw Theatre went and adapted William Peter Blatty's novel Legion into what looks like a really cool exercise in theatrical horror. And we've got a trailer for you to check out!

A tale of terror unlike anything you've experienced before. WildClaw Theatre presents a world premiere stage adaptation from the bestselling author of The Exorcist. William Peter Blatty's Legion, based on the novel "Legion" written by William Peter Blatty. Directed by Anne Adams, adapted by Charley Sherman.

Performances are beginning next Monday, March 15, at Chicago's Viaduct Theatre. For tickets and additional information, visit the official WildClaw Theatre site.

This is getting horrible reviews. Most say it needs some new cast members, there are short segments of it that don't make any sense, ultimately it's boring and collapses under its own weight and should be rewritten and retooled.

The link is broken. The preview this weekend is only $10 but I'd imagine it's sold out. I'll check out the reviews and see if it might be worth $20.

Yeah, it looks like you are correct. This is definitely the most tempting theatre production I have ever come by.

Blatty is a phenomenal writer.

I guess we'll never see his cut for Exorcist III now... just as we'll never see O'bannon's cut for Shatterbrain. Sad.

Oh man, wish I could go see that!
