Hall Showtime Tweet By Uncle Creepy November 10th, 2009 Things sure are heating up between Dexter and the Trinity Killer. The situation seems to be reaching a boiling point and we've got a quick look at what you can expect next week. "Dexter" Synopsis: Based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay, “Dexter” follows Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan, an employee at the Miami Metropolitan Police Department's Crime Lab, but by night he is a self-proclaimed psychopath who meticulously murders the very same serial killers he tracks by day. "Dexter" stars Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, Julie Benz, James Remar, David Zayas, Keith Carradine, Lauren Vélez, C.S. Lee, Desmond Harrington and Courtney Ford.
