I don't get the hate for Ghostbusters II. I think it's almost as good as the original.

What!
IMHO, "Ghostbusters 2" felt rushed (both in terms of story and production) and had no coherent premise to it. Whereas the original had wit and charm, #2 was mediocre and cumbersome. It was a series of lame set-ups; lazily written and directed. In short, it was frickin awful!
