Just knowing that Mike Dougherty's highly praised anthology Trick 'r Treat is getting a DVD and Blu-ray release this October gives us a strong case of the warm and freakies! And to celebrate this much anticpated moment Warner Brothers has given the film its own online destination!

Under the Mountain One-Sheet Surfaces Over the NetJonathan King, director of the splattery good gore-fest Black Sheep (review here), has a new flick coming out soon called Under the Mountain that unfortunately has been given a pretty lame poster. Still, given how crazed his last film was, we're willing to give King the benefit of the doubt and not let the artwork that appears to have escaped from a certain other Mountain dissuade us!
Saw it at Screamfest last year, CANNOT FUCKING WAIT to watch it again on DVD. Last I read it's going to be played at this years SCreamfest again folks! Be sure to check it out on the big screen!

I remember renting a movie with a bunch of friends two years go and this trailer came on before the movie and we were all floored. The trailer was followed by numerous "we have to see that movie!" type remarks. Now, two years later I highly doubt any of those said friends will even remember the movie existed. Way to go WB for missing a great opportunity.
Oh well, at least I will get to enjoy it.
