Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures’ The Seventh Son finally has a start date, and we have the latest for you right here. Read on for all the details.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Russian director Sergei Bodrov’s adventure pic The Seventh Son is set to start shooting next month in Vancouver.
The film stars Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, Julianne Moore, Kit Harington, and Alicia Vikander.
Formerly known as The Spook’s Apprentice, the tale is adapted from Joseph Delaney’s young adult series about a teen who’s the seventh son of a seventh son and learns about wizardry from a forbidding spook.
Harington will play the former apprentice of Bridges’ character. Sergei Bodrov is directing; Thunder Road’s Basil Iwanyk, Legendary’s Thomas Tull and Lionel Wigram are producing; and Jon Jashni and Alysia Cotter are exec producing.
Look for it in theatres February 15th, 2013.
