Bloody Hell Serves Up Vampire Filmmaking Humor with a Poltergeist HauntingBarry Duffield is trying to make a vampire movie. Unfortunately for him there are several things standing in his way: an inept cast and crew, lack of real directorial talent, sabotage…and a poltergeist haunting his set. This is Bloody Hell.

Written and directed by Michael Richmond Brown and starring Mick Meredith, Bloody Hell looks like an entertaining horror comedy. The trailer is posted below so you can get a look for yourself. For me it’s got a bit of a Shaun of the Dead feel to it.

To keep current on the film, which has a vague 2012 release date attached to it, follow Bloody Hell on Facebook and get all the up-to-the-minute info.

Bloody Hell Synopsis
A man, a dream, a nightmare. Bloody Hell is a mockumentary comedy horror about first-time director Barry Duffield, who risks everything to live his dream of making a vampire film. With a young family, their home, and his sanity on the line, Barry can’t afford for anything to go wrong on set.

Poltergeists, vampires, sabotage, and infighting amongst the comical crew ensure that Barry’s dream quickly turns into a nightmare. As things turn nasty, Barry risks losing more than just his mind…he’ll be lucky to get out alive.
