More eye candy is coming out of the chaos that is AFM 2011, this time for the next 3D horror flick coming at you from music video director Todd Levin, Static 3D. Come get an eyeful!
The flick stars “Heroes”‘ Milo Ventimiglia, “The L Word”‘s Sarah Shahi, and Sara Paxton (The Last House on the Left; The Innkeepers). Check out the artwork below, and look for more soon!
Static is one of the first low-budget features to be shot in full 3D. Levin will use a camera rig designed specifically for the producers and director to hold two Sony PMW-F3 cameras – Sony’s answer to the RED 3D camera – and control costs. The movie’s budget is below $1 million.
Synopsis
As a young novelist and his wife are coping with the loss of their child, their lives are turned upside down when a panicked girl appears at their home in the middle of the night with stories of masked intruders stalking her. That night the stalkers strike, sending the couple on a horrific game of cat and mouse, where they are forced to uncover shocking details from their past that may be the reason for the attack.
