Listen up, gorehounds! We’ve got a brand new distribution date to announce to you. On December 6th, just in time for Christmas (ho, ho, ho), we’re all going to be treated to the release of Psychic Experiment (formerly known as Walking Distance), dropping on DVD, digital download and On Demand courtesy of Lionsgate Home Entertainment.

Psychic Experiment, which was filmed in Texas, was written and directed by Mel House and stars Denton Blaine Everett, Glenn Morshower, Kathy Lamkin, Shannon Lark, and James LaMarr (who co-produced with chief cook and bottle washer Mel House) along with notable horror actors Kathie Featherston (Paranormal Activity), Reggie Bannister (Phantasm), Adrienne King (yeah, that Adrienne King from Friday the 13th), and Doctor Gash’s biggest crush, Debbie Rochon. (Why won’t you return my calls, Debbie?)

An idyllic, small, self-sufficient community. On the surface, it seems like the perfect neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. But… the pastoral exterior conceals a dark past and an even darker secret. As a group of individuals – each with their own ties and agendas with the town and each other – converges on the enclave, strange things begin to happen. Very strange things. Strange enough to test – and then break – the very fabric of reality itself.

The Psychic Experiment DVD is widescreen in Dolby Digital 5.1. Special features include audio commentary by the cast and crew, a behind-the-scenes featurette, and deleted scenes.

If the mention of all this cool shit, plus the beautiful Debbie Rochon, isn’t enough to convince you, feast your peepers on the official DVD art and new trailer we’ve got below.
