Some fresh horror coming out of Norway to report on featuring everyone’s favorite purveyors of magic, some good old fashioned witches. And not the nice we love nature kind either. Though they are lovable and make great candles.

Dunderland (which for some reason is now our favorite title of the day) comes to us from directors Finn-Erik Rognan and Nils J. Nesse. The good folks over at 24FPS nailed down the first word and you can find it below.

Synopsis
1695. A young maiden by the name of Johanne Nilsdotter is accused of witchcraft. Her persecutors end her life in the bottomless pits of the Djupkista waters in the Dunderland valley. In the years to follow numerous horrendous events and tragedies strike the valley.

2011. The young, aspiring theater director Laura arrives in the Dunderland valley. Together with an ensemble of Norway’s premier actors, she will put on a play at an old, abandoned Boy Scout camp. They are soon made aware of the Dunderland valley’s dark and bloody history. Then the star actor disappears.
