Finally, some good news is coming from Dimension Extreme regarding the Adam Mason/Simon Boyle-helmed UK horror film, Broken (review).
Though we’ve know for a while that Dimension had the movie and that they’d thrown it on their Dimension Extreme label, it’s pretty cool that they plan on using it as their debut title. It’ll be pretty hard to get more extreme after this one…
Fangoria has learned that Broken will be out in both R and unrated versions on September 25th with commentary by the directors, a making-of featurette, an interview with the film’s lead and more. Click here to pre-order the unrated Broken through Evilshop!
Fango also got word that Sony will be putting the Lucy Liu vampire movie Rise: Blood Hunter out on October 9th, though no specs have been uncovered as of yet. They got a lot more DVD news that you may or may not care about, including more info on the edition of The Shining, so give it a read!
