Rodar y Rodar, producers of The Orphanage are bringing us another dose of supernatural horror in Paranormal Xperience in 3D. Come on in and check this one out.

XP3DWe’ve also got an early look at the film’s poster. Hopefully the film turns out a bit more exciting than that, but once you watch the trailer with your own eyes I’m not sure you’ll feel any differently than I do.

There’s really nothing outstanding about this trailer, although it does look like it could be a certain amount of fun – providing the film is willing to go a bit darker than what’s seen here. Honestly, this looks a bit like watered down Hollywood horror with a Spanish tongue. That’s not always a bad thing, but my first instinct is that it looks all a bit … tepid. Hoping to be proved wrong, though.

The past few years have seen a huge return to form for the ghost genre, so expect lots more of this stuff down the line.

Sergi Vizcaino directs this sucker, and we’ll bring you all the latest and greatest as we get it. In the meantime, check out the trailer below and let me know if I’m being too skeptical. I certainly dug The Orphanage and it’s not unreasonable to expect another good quality ghost film out of this crew. I just hope this one turns out being a bit better than it actually looks.

And while we’re on the subject of all things paranormal, what in the hell happened to Paranormal Activity: Tokyo Night?
