Ready Player One Poster is Pure 80’s Nostalgia

I’m pretty sure none of us here at Dread Central know if we should be covering Ready Player One or not.
I mean it looks like a straight-up kids movie, but that said when your trailer boasts Freddy Krueger AND Chucky AND Christine (among others) the horror community takes f*cking notice.
It is with this in mind we plan to keep on covering Steven Spielberg’s new film so let’s go ahead and take a look at the badass new poster, which you can check out to the right.

Ready Player One is directed by Steven Spielberg from a script by Zak Penn and Ernest Cline, based on the novel by Cline. The film stars Tye Sheridan, Mark Rylance, Olivia Cooke, Simon Pegg, and Ben Mendelsohn.
The film hits theaters March 29, 2018.
Synopsis:
When the creator of an MMO called the Oasis dies, he releases a video in which he challenges all Oasis users to find his Easter Egg, which will give the finder his fortune. Wade Watts finds the first clue and starts a race for the Egg.
