Finally a Female Face Joins Dexter Season Six

What with people like Edward James Olmos, Colin Hanks, Mos Def, and Billy Brown all signing on for “Dexter” Season Six, we were beginning to wonder if Dex was going to have any women at all in his life this year. The answer has come today, and it is a resounding “yes!” as we’ve learned that actress Brea Grant will be joining the guys in a recurring role.
No details were made available regarding Grant’s part in the announcement that came via Variety’s published May 27th edition, but Grant herself said on Breagrant.com”: no spoilers but i’m pretty sure you’ll be seeing me in a white lab coat.”
Brea’s best known for her previous roles in Rob Zombie’s Halloween II, Midnight Movie, and the TV series “Heroes”. It’s good to see her landing a spot on another high profile show.
Production on Showtime’s “Dexter” began in Los Angeles earlier this week with the new season launching in the fall. Look for more soon!
