Many things are happening at Cannes including the announcement of a new film from Strongbow Pictures and director Todd Robinson that will find horror adrift with a nefarious Phantom.
According to Deadline Andy Garcia (The Godfather Part III), William Fichtner (Drive Angry 3D), Ed Harris (The Abyss, A History of Violence, Creepshow) and Natascha McElhone (“Californication”) are all aboard to star.
