You know, it’s not such a great idea to mess around with mysterious substances. We always marvel when we see people inspecting some kind of goo or what have you by sticking their fingers in it and sniffing them. I mean, really? What the hell is wrong with you folks?
Anyway, Variety is reporting that more talent has signed on for the Max Landis-written project Chronicle from director Josh Trank. Both Michael B. Jordan and Alex Russell have been tapped to star opposite “In Treatment” actor Dane DeHaan.
The story focuses on the lives of three Portland teens who become exposed to a mysterious substance in the woods and, as a result, begin to develop incredible powers. They work together to hone their skills for fun until personal and family problems begin to turn them against one another.
