Saw 8 If you believe that Saw VII or Saw 3D or whatever they feel like calling it this week was indeed the final chapter of the famed Lionsgate franchise, we’ve got a bridge to sell you with a copy of Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare on one side and Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter on the other.

Still, Lionsgate, at least verbally, is sticking to its guns, but let’s face it … as much as we all have complained about them, this coming Halloween is likely to feel kind of weird without a new Saw flick in theatres.

In a recent interview with Saw creators James Wan and Leigh Whannell, the duo have some pretty interesting things to say about the possibility of their return to the franchise that they revved up.
