The Conjuring 2 Spinoff The Nun Casts a Farmiga!

The upcoming The Conjuring 2 spinoff The Nun has landed an actress for the titular role and it’s none other than Taissa Farmiga, the sister of Vera Farmiga, who plays Lorrain Warren in James Wan’s supernatural series! Deadline reports that Farmiga has been cast to play the nun at a younger age and she will star alongside the previously mentioned Demián Bichir.

Hardy is currently in production on the film, which is being produced by Peter Safran and James Wan, who created the character of The Nun in The Conjuring 2. The Nun has an anticipated release date of July 13th, 2018.
