Dead @ 17 Feature Film Update

It’s been about two years since last we spoke of a live action feature film adaptation of Dead @ 17, but finally an update has come and thankfully it’s good news! Any progress is good progress, no?
According to creator Josh Howard via Twitter: It’s been a long road, and still more to go, but negotiations have officially begun. #Dead@17movie
For those not familiar, Dead @17 is the story of two friends, Nara and Hazy, dealing with a zombie outbreak in the quiet suburb of Darlington Hills. The comic was created by the one-man team of Josh Howard and became one of the biggest hits in the indie comics world for publisher Viper Comics back in 2003.
