We’ve been waiting several months for Drew Daywalt’s “Camera Obscura” to premiere online, but thankfully the wait is over. Dread Central is pleased to announce our partnership with Drew and LA-based production company MWG Entertainment for the debut of thriller online series “Camera Obscura” exclusively on Dailymotion.

Along with the launch of Daywalt’s web series, Dailymotion and Dread Central are teaming up for the “’Camera Obscura’ Terrifying Costume Contest.” Read on for the details.

“Camera Obscura” launches on October 1st, 2010, exclusively on Dailymotion.com. Running four consecutive weeks after launch, the suspense thriller will release 20 total episodes with a complete runtime of just under 140 minutes. Unique for its emphasis on physical special effects, “Camera Obscura” captures audiences with an intriguing storyline, dark onset of creatures, and an ensemble cast of characters.

Produced by MWG Entertainment and written/directed by Drew Daywalt, “Camera Obscura” follows a young woman who discovers her deceased grandfather was a demon hunter and now his quest to save humanity is hers to finish.
