Zombies Rampage on The Day the World Went Away

Indie film director Ian Messenger is hard at work creating his next sliver of short film terror, a zombie opus by the name of The Day the World Went Away, and we’ve got the early word for you.

The film asks a very simple question: How far would you go to save (or for that matter keep alive) your son during the apocalypse? With flesh-eaters around every corner, it’s sure as hell going to be one daunting task. Look for more on this one soon, including some shots of living dead action. In the interim dig on the plot crunch below, and for updates as they happen, follow Messenger’s Catch Me Kill Me Productions on Twitter.

Synopsis
“A man clings to the one thing in this world that is still pure and true. Surrounded in destruction, deception, and the armies of hell, one man and his infant son run the gauntlet of damnation to find one spot on the Earth that hasn’t been corrupted by the atavistic horror that has consumed humanity.”
