Taylor Kinney Joining The Vampire Diaries Season Two

As mentioned at the end of June, “The Vampire Diaries” has added the character of Mason Lockwood, the recently deceased mayor’s much younger and cooler brother, and now we know who’ll be portraying him: Taylor Kinney of “Fashion House” and “Trauma” fame.
Per The Ausiello Files on EW.com, Mason is sexy and athletic and possesses an easygoing charm. Though he has more control than his nephew Tyler (Michael Trevino), he can “flip in an instant” if crossed.
Look for Kinney to make his first appearance in the season premiere of “The Vampire Diaries” on September 9th, and for more visit the official “The Vampire Diaries” website.
