Josh Stewart Joins Lin Shaye in Insidious: Chapter 4

When it was announced just a couple months back that Adam Robitel would be directing the upcoming Insidous: Chapter 4, we were ecstatic. Robitel, who recently helmed terrifying film The Taking of Deborah Logan, is the perfect man for the job, so we cannot wait for this one. Ready for casting news? Read on!
Per Variety, Josh Stewart (The Collector, The Collection) has signed on to join Lin Shaye in the franchise’s fourth installment. Shaye will of course be reprising the role of parapsychologist Elise Rainier, but the specifics of Stewart’s role have yet to be revealed.
Robitel will direct from a script penned by Insidious co-creator Leigh Whannell.
James Blum, Oren Peli, and James Wan are on board to produce. Steven Schneider, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Charles Layton are executive producing.
Insidous: Chapter 4 is slated to haunt theaters on October 20, 2017.
