Jennifer Lynch and Corey Brandenstein Throw Us to the Dogs in The Compound

Sometimes you don’t need a mythical beast or a knife-wielding maniac to conjure up some good old fashioned fear in a horror movie. Horror literally can be waiting for us around any corner, and if Stephen King’s Cujo proved anything at all, it’s that sometimes even man’s best friend can bring on the terror hot and snarly!

Below you’ll find some early artwork and a promotional trailer for the Jennifer Lynch produced film by director Corey Brandenstein The Compound. According to Brandenstein, this promo is to raise awareness and expedite financing while creating a buzz for the project. A portion of the proceeds will go to the rescue and rehabilitation of these dogs. Parents, kids, animal lovers, and horror fans beware….Jaws just got legs!

For more information on the film check out the official Facebook page for The Compound.

Synopsis

You're such an inspiration for the ways that I will never, ever choose to be.

They want to raise awareness for the rehabilitation of pitbulls and their potential for good by… demonizing them and turning them in to monsters… okay.

“We are bad guys. That means we’ve got more to do other than bullying companies. It’s fun to lead a bad man’s life.”

  • FireRam

This isn’t believable to me. Killer Pitbulls? Nah. Now if they used a Maltese or maybe a Pomeranian I’d say,”Yeah,it could happen”!
