Supernatural’s Lauren Cohan Joins Death Race: Frankenstein Lives

Though lots of fans hated her for always outsmarting the Winchester boys, we always kind of dug actress Lauren Cohan. Now Lauren is getting set to handle a whole new breed of loonies who drive around looking for carnage!
According to The Hollywood Reporter’s Heat Vision Blog Cohan (pictured right) has officially joined the cast of prequel Death Race: Frankenstein Lives which also stars Luke Goss, Sean Bean, Ving Rhames, Danny Trejo, Frederick Koehler, and Tanit (it doesn’t say taint) Phoenix.
Director Roel Reiné will be working from a script penned by Tony Giglio, which is once again set at Terminal Island where a man named Carl “Luke” Lucas enters the titular game. Essentially it’s a look at a previous “Frankenstein” before Anderson’s film put Jason Statham into the boots of the character.
