UPDATED: Paranormal Activity Party Locations!

A few days ago we told you about Paramount throwing Paranormal Activity parties across the country for the first ten theatres selling out their midnight shows this Thursday. Now we’re trying to make that happen for Orange County, California residents.

Here’s the deal … Dread Central WILL BE showing up this Thursday to host the Paranormal Activity (review here) party at:

AMC 30 At The Block Theater
20 City Blvd West
Ste. 1
Orange, CA 92868

That’s right — Orange County gets its party! At the 12:01 AM showtime on 10.23.09 (to clarify 11:59 PM 10.22.09 | 12:01 AM 10.23.09), we’ll have around 100 posters on hand to pass out to the crowd, and one lucky winner will be going home with a Paranormal Activity t-shirt signed by director Oren Peli (interview here).

Went to the screening last night in Orange at the block with my partner and a good friend! Was bummed that it did not sell out! This is the third time that I have seen this movie and it scares me every time! The first two times I saw it, the theaters were sold out and we had to sit up front. This time, there were only scattered people but it was still fun especially the audience talking to the screen! My friend was the one yelling “Crazy bitch!” to the screen! LOL! Plus, we got some cool goodies to take home! Thanks DreadCentral.com!!!! Was fun!

Just saw this and it was total garbage. Don’t understand what all of the hype is surrounding this. Doesn’t surprise me that this was made for 10k. The last 15 mins although not scary, were pretty cool it just shouldve happened about an hour earlier and all that pointless plot in the beginning was a waste of time. Of course if we’re watching a movie about paranormal activity we know it’s about a ghost or presence tormenting these people. We don’t need a psychic and a bunch of internet research to inform us of this. I thought this was a complete insult. Someone owes me $20.

Christ, that is one hell of a film… Just got back from watching it, and it absolutely terrified me! I hope I get to sleep tonight. This film is “The Exorcist” for the 21st Century – watch this, and it will mess with your head big time!!!
