Six New Legion Character Posters

Six new badass posters of some of the characters from Scott Stewart’s upcoming angels vs. angels smackdown Legion showed up online today, and they also come with a message.

Arrow in the Head snagged the exclusive look at the posters, which, when viewed together, spell out the following ominous quote: “So it will be at the end of the age the angels will come forth to take out the wicked and throw them into the furnace of fire.

We’ve heard a lot already from two of the guys who are in the flick (Dennis Quaid and Paul Bettany) so I thought it appropriate to show off Adrianne Palicki (“Supernatural”, “Friday Night Lights”) in full-on warrior mode. Here’s a quick reminder of the storyline: After a terrifying Biblical apocalypse descends upon the world, a group of strangers stranded in a remote truck stop diner in the Southwest unwittingly become humanity’s last line of defense when they discover the diner’s young waitress is pregnant with the Messiah.

Be sure to hit up the AITH link above or click on the photo of Adrianne for the other five, which are of Dennis Quaid, Paul Bettany, Lucas Black, Tyrese Gibson, and Kevin Durand; and look for Legion in theatres January 22, 2010.

I was REALLY looking forward to GABRIEL, and I don’t know for some reason was somewhat disappointed. Maybe I was expecting something different who knows. I’m going to watch it again someday and give it another chance. I want to like this, I do, but I’m just not sure about it from the clips, posters, and things I’ve read so far. I’ll definetly check it out so I guess I’ll see.

This flick looks like The Prophecy without the benefit of crazy-ass Christopher Walken chewing scenery or the best goddamn Satan on celluloid, Viggo Mortensen. Nooooo thanks.
