The Devilfish Project Moving Forward

Published

on

First we saw a brief mention about The Devilfish Project from actor Max Ryan on Twitter, and then we dug a little deeper to find out more. The film, officially called Max Ryan’s Devilfish Project and being written by Fraser Townley and Byron Jackson, is based on a comic series of the same name, and a synopsis follows. Ryan will portray Federal Bounty Hunter Adam Winethrope.

From the Devilfish Project‘s official site: The year is 2095. Global warming has forced the sea levels to rise (as well as the salt table), shrinking the Earth’s limited pastoral and arable land. There is not enough global land resources to feed the world’s bulging population. The free world has descended into chaos and crime, which brings about new world order instability – how can America police the world when they cannot take care of their own back yard? The Security Council sanctions a secret program that genetically and physically alters an elite team of crime fighters in an attempt to crush the gangs that are violently taking control of the country.

Not everyone sees the project altruistically, and the premature unleashing of the project’s subjects creates more chaos than they were designed to control. Who is really behind the project and what is the real reason for its existence?

Details Emerge For Blumhouse’s HALLOWEEN

Published

on

Information about Blumhouse’s Halloween is leaking out of CinemaCon and the word seems to be very strong! People are highlighting the trailer which has revealed some interesting plot points.

For starters, the Laurie Strode-Michael Myers brother-sister relationship is not a part of this mythology, so bye bye Halloween II. Additionally, Laurie seems to have been waiting for Michael’s escape for a long time in the hopes that she could face him herself. Furthermore, she’s the subject of a true crime documentary crew.

As for Michael, he’s been called “terrifying” and “not messing around”.

Check out tweets from the events below.
