As if you needed any more reasons to be glad you’re a fan of The Walking Dead comics, today at Toy Fair, Diamond Select unveiled its new “Michonne’s Pet” bank, which will become available this summer. Start saving your pennies!

From the Press Release:
The Diamond Select “Michonne’s Pet” bank is the latest addition to its zombie horde of walker merchandise in conjunction with Robert Kirkman’s Skybound imprint at Image Comics. The bank is based upon Michonne’s chained and armless and jawless walkers who protected her until she met up with Rick Grimes in creator/writer Kirkman’s Eisner Award-winning comic book series and graphic novels.

Michonne’s pets protected her from walkers so it can surely keep your coins safe from intruders. The zombie bust measures 8″ tall atop the famous The Walking Dead logo and is crafted in durable vinyl with a slot in the back for change. The Walking Dead’s Michonne’s Pet Bank features detailed sculpting and paint applications, making it not just a cool bank but an amazing bust of zombie art.

The bank will be available this summer at your favorite comic book store and other retailers with a MSRP of $22.99.

There Are Stranger Things to Be Mailed This Holiday Season

Published

Holiday cards… the mailing of them is a sadly dying tradition that continues to endure despite the digital age. The reason for their staying power is simple: Few things are as personal as sending out a note of holiday cheer to your friends and family.

If you’re one of those sentimental few who still love sending folks some cool holiday-themed tokens of your affection, then why not send them from the Upside Down?

If you head on over to AlonDesigns.com, you can nab yourself some really cool holiday cards that celebrate Netflix’s “Stranger Things” in the most collectible way possible!

“This set featuring your favorite ‘Stranger Things’ characters is a perfect way to let the special people in your life know that, like Barb, this Christmas they too have not been forgotten,” reads the site. “So before the bad men come and take them away, let these sentimental mementos light up your Christmas brighter than Joyce Byers’ house.”

So, how much will these badboys cost ya? You can get a pack of all 8 cards for just $8.00! Neat!

NECA Announces Ashy Slashy Puppet Replica

Published

on

One of our favorite horror TV shows is Starz’s “Ash vs. Evil Dead,” and one of our favorite moments from the first two seasons is when Ash brings out his “Ashy Slashy” puppet.

If you’re like us and have been wondering when you could get your hands on an Ashy Slashy puppet of your own, today we have good news.

NECA has just announced its prop replica!

You can check out pics of the packaging reveal NECA did over on Facebook below, and then let us know if you’re going to be buying your very own Ash Slashy puppet.

We’ll let you know when the item becomes available for pre-order!

Rundown via NECA:
Every day can be demented play day with your very own Ashy Slashy puppet from Season 2 of Ash vs. Evil Dead! We’ve replicated Ash’s potty-mouthed little doppelganger from the asylum episodes for your (hopefully G-rated) entertainment.

This is a working puppet – insert your hand, and you can move the mouth; plus the arms are poseable thanks to inner articulation.

Ashy Slashy is approximately 15” tall.
