It is official... I am writing an adult film. I am used to writing in standard screenplay format, and so this is going to be a very odd transition. Why do it? A) The pay is great B) porn is neat D) I can get away with using a pseudonym -- which I am still debating. Hmm.

The problem? Trying to decide the best way to format the script. Obviously I plan on sticking to traditional format, but I am trying to determine the best way to handle the sex. My guess is I will script the initial contact and any transitions that occur. I am still waiting to see a sample script, so I will have to wait and see. I'm not too worried about it.

I think the treatment I wrote for them really works. I think it would be great to watch -- especially the end. The end almost becomes a horror film, but you'll have to wait and see.

Best,
Adam

I've always wanted to read a porno script.

Is the sex talk pre-determined...or is it improv? Laughing

From what I was told by a certain performer, porn scripts can be anywhere from 20 to 50 pages... so that probably answers your question.

In my script, all dialogue will be scripted. The sex will be pretty general. Ya know...

Sally kneels down and gives Herbie's weiner a kiss.

SALLY
This is neato!

HERBIE
Sure is. How about I fuck your ignorant pooper?

Sally nods and turns her ass toward Herbie.

He slowly enters her, crosses his eyes, and proceeds to fuck the living shit out of her.

Just before cumming, Herbie salutes to a picture of Haley Joel Osment, which hangs on the opposite wall.

(You get the idea. It will be like this but properly formatted.)

I still haven't seen an actual porno script before. It will be interesting.

The pay is great for writing a porn?

Seriously? I find that hard to believe. Do you join a union or something?

Like 'how' great. It's kind of relative.

Here we go... wanting to compare writing a porno to writing The Matrix 4: Neo Goes Dancing.

No, it isn't money raining from heaven. However, compared to the b-movie work I have been getting, it is a far sweeter deal. Heck, the script is even 4 times shorter than a standard horror script.

Daddy like.

Sounds like you've got it made in the shade.

It's scary to think that your average porn movie pays better for a script than your average Asylum/UFO movie.

I may have to look into this as a career avenue...

Think about it, more people will pay for a porno with a poor script than a half decent B flick. Supply and demand. That's all it really is.

I dunno. I have to say that I find both porn and b-movies entertaining.

I am tired.
