So, was everyone else as impressed by the Season Two opening episode of AMC's "The Walking Dead" as we were? Quite an ending, right? Well, in anticipation of next week's ep, entitled "Bloodletting", the network has released a sneak peek video along with a Q&A with Jon Bernthal, who plays Shane Walsh, in which he describes the various mannerisms that make Shane unique and dishes on which survivor he would most want by his side in the event of a zombie apocalypse.

Another installment of AMC's "Dispatches from the Set" of "The Walking Dead" has come our way, this time featuring Ernest Dickerson, the director for Episodes 2 and 3 of Season 2. Dickerson shares his secret for surviving the wilds of rural Georgia, explains what "The Walking Dead" has in common with The Wild Bunch, and describes trying to outdo Season 1's guts.

I gotta be honest; I lost a lot of interest in the NBC Fear Itself series when I learned Mick Garris was no longer involved. The concept was his to begin with, and even though the results in both seasons of Masters of Horror were questionable, there was still an indie feel to them that I had to respect.
