Actress Courtney Ford is certainly making her way through the genre lately. After a stint on both "The Vampire Diaries" and "Dexter", she's now set to fight for justice on HBO's hit vampire series, "True Blood".

So, "TVD" fans, how are you liking the sophomore season so far? We here at Dread Central think it's off to a great start, and even though we're sadly stuck with a rerun of the season premiere on October 14th, the next week's episode, "Plan B", airing on October 21st, sounds like a winner.

This week's episode of "The Vampire Diaries" is quickly coming up, but that doesn't mean The CW is making fans wait for a peek at what awaits in Episode 4, "Memory Lane", airing next Thursday, September 30th. They've provided us with a bacth of 14 stills to help generate a bit of nostalgia in advance!

After the crazy twist "The Vampire Diaries" provided this past Thursday, fans are chomping at the bit for news of what other mayhem awaits in the already fast and furious Season 2. How about a preview of Ep. 3, "Bad Moon Rising" and summaries of what we can expect in Eps. 4 and 5, "Memory Lane" and "Kill or Be Killed", respectively?

We haven't even seen the second episode of the new season of "The Vampire Diaries" yet, but already The CW has released a big batch of stills from next week's ep, entitled "Bad Moon Rising", that gives us our first glimpse of "Dexter" alum Courtney Ford. And, based on the title, it seems feasible that we might also be getting a taste of some werewolf action. Bring it on!

Anyone who watched "Dexter" Season Four knows how memorable Courtney Ford can make the characters that she portrays so it should be interesting to see what she does with "Vanessa", a potentially recurring role she's landed on Season Two of "The Vampire Diaries".

As if there wasn't reason enough to look forward to the upcoming Season 4 of "Dexter" already, another new character is being added to the mix.
