Known for his work in comedy, actor Joe Lo Truglio is showing the horror world what he’s made of with his feature film directorial debut Outpost. Also penning the script, this has been a work in progress for years, and now finally his twisted vision is coming to the world. Specifically, a vision about PTSD, isolation, and what it means to ignore your trauma. To give you a tease of what he’s created, we have an exclusive clip from the film.
In Outpost:
After a violent assault, Kate asks her best friend for help escaping an abusive ex. She’s given a job as a fire lookout in the mountains of northern Idaho, hoping the peaceful solitude will heal her trauma. But the PTSD and isolation have other plans, and it’s suddenly a fight to save herself and the town.
