‘Crumb Catcher’ Exclusive Poster Wants You To Eat Cake

Today, Variety announced that Submarine Entertainment picked up worldwide sales rights on Chris Skotchdopole’s Crumb Catcher, which will have its world premiere at Fantastic Fest. Now, Dread Central is excited to debut the new poster for the film!

In Crumb Catcher,

A newlywed couple is held captive by a maniacally optimistic entrepreneur desperate to finance his outlandish invention with a half-baked blackmail plot.

Fantastic Fest programmer Anna Bogutskaya described the film as a “chamber piece that melds extreme anxiety with the worst salesmanship imaginable”. Sold.

Skotchdopole wrote, directed, edited, and produced Crumb Catcher. Previously, Skotchdopole has worked with Larry Fessenden’s Glass Eye Pix for over a decade, with credits including cinematographer on Fessenden’s Depraved, co-producer on Jenn Wexler’s The Ranger, and associate producer on Mickey Keating’s Darling. Prior to Crumb Catcher, Skotchdopole wrote and directed the short The Egg And The Hatchet.

Rigo Garay (Blackout) and Ella Rae Peck (Bachelorette) star in Crumb Catcher alongside stage and film actors John Speredakos (The Mind’s Eye) and Lorraine Farris (Follow Her).

Fessenden produced for Glass Eye Pix and Brian Devine produced for Gigantic Pictures. Chadd Harbold, Bonnie Timmermann, and Academy Award winner James W. Skotchdopole (The Revenant) also produce. 

Fessenden and Garay also share Story By credits with Skotchdopole. Adam Carboni shot the film.

Following the world premiere at Fantastic Fest, Crumb Catcher will have its East Coast Premiere at the Woodstock Film Festival and its New York Premiere at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival.
