Ryan Gosling for Ghostbusters 3?
During the shitstorm of Sony Pictures’ hacked documents being revealed, news slipped of some potential casting news for the all-female reboot of Ghostbusters 3. Turns out there’s one male role available, and Ryan Gosling is being eyed for it.
The Daily Beast reports a Columbia Pictures executive revealed via e-mail that Gosling is interested in joining the new Ghostbusters to tackle the only main male role in Paul Feig’s film.

“I love origin stories,” said Feig previously, when asked about the general direction he was going with the story. “That’s my favorite thing. I love the first one so much I don’t want to do anything to ruin the memory of that. So it just felt like, let’s just restart it because then we can have new dynamics. I want the technology to be even cooler. I want it to be really scary, and I want it to happen in our world today that hasn’t gone through it so it’s like, oh my God, what’s going on?”
